As a former bi-vocational pastor, I quickly discovered how challenging it was to grow a church plant while working a full-time job, commuting two hours round-trip, and still trying to prepare weekly Bible studies and Sunday messages. Those days were stressful, overwhelming, and at times, discouraging. But as God began to bless, I was able to transition into full-time ministry—giving me the opportunity to devote more time to the church, to study, and to deepen my research and preparation.
