We offer how to set up small group meetings, this service includes: programs, media files, a step-by-step guide how to run a successful small group.

We offer our systems at Truevine to you, editable forms, policies and procedures, manuals, new membership class. All systems that make a church run smooth.

Media / Music & Creative Arts

We offer music consultation which includes; stage design, streaming, gear and graphic design.

Branding & Church Culture

Marketing set up through social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and more.

(Tom Durrance, Mark Waddle, Ashley Waddle, Nolan Graham.) or one-on-one from any of the staff if you prefer.

Meet The Team

A former self-employed business owner in the Graphic Arts and Marketing industry for 17yrs (32yrs in the industry) with a background in sales before entering into full-time ministry. He has been the senior pastor of TrueVine since December 1999.

Graduate of IBC with a BA in music and theology. Has been in full-time ministry for 20yrs and a youth pastor for 16yrs. He brings creativity and problem-solving to the table, along with various resources for music and church growth.

Has been in full-time ministry at TrueVine since 2017. With a degree in business management, she brings her natural skill set to fine-tune systems, protocols, and administration. She can see things outside the box and help connect the dots for growth. Practical solutions seem to be her giftedness.

Is an incredible, talented student pastor. After graduating from IBC, he has served in several capacities. His skill set is music, sound, and videography, but his first love is students. Nolan joined our team in 2020 as a full-time student pastor, and I’m happy to add his value to RSG Consulting. His millennial mind and perspective help keep our church connected to that generation.
